How much commission will I earn?

The rate of commission will vary but will be typically be 0.3%of the net processing of qualifying merchants. In addition to this, if your referred merchant is processing at least an average of £1500 per month the 3rd and 12th month, we may make two bonus payments up to £50.

How long will you pay me commission for?

For each Merchant account referred, we will usually pay commission for two years and the amount of commission paid is not capped.

Do you pay commission for referred Seller accounts?

Commission is not paid on seller accounts, however partners are encouraged to inform us if they have referred a customer to a Seller account and if this is ever upgraded to a Merchant account, we will pay commission as described above.

I referred a Merchant account to you before I became a partner, can I have the commission?

Unfortunately we can’t attribute commission to accounts referred before the partner joined our scheme.

Do you offer a separate scheme for referring Seller or Personal accounts?

No, commission is only paid on Merchant account referrals.

I’ve referred someone to Nochex but I don’t appear to be receiving commission?

In this instance, please contact your Partners Manager or contact Nochex and we will investigate. Please provide as much proof as possible to support your case.

I’d like to integrate my software with Nochex, is this possible?

Yes, however you must have a demonstrable service that we can view and allows payments to be made in GBP. Please see the integration page for more information.
